XLibertia processes personal information to operate, secure and moderate the platform. We do not sell your intimate content or private messages.

We do not store your password in readable form.
Age and eligibility information

- your date of birth and calculated age;

Your full date of birth is not intended to be publicly displayed.

- albums, photos, videos, titles and descriptions;
- album visibility and access permissions;
- comments, replies, reactions and dedications;
- friendships, follows and blocks;
- notifications, reports and appeals; and
- moderation and enforcement history.
Messages
When messaging features are available, we may process:
- message content and attachments;
- conversation participants;
- sending, delivery and reading timestamps;
- message edits and deletion information; and
- information needed to investigate reports or abuse.
Messages are not publicly visible. Authorised personnel may access reported or preserved messages where reasonably necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance or an investigation.
Technical and usage information
When you access XLibertia, we may automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate technical location;
- browser, device and operating system information;
- pages, features and actions used;
- access dates, timestamps and referral information;
- session and authentication identifiers;
- errors, performance information and diagnostic logs; and
- security events and suspected abusive activity.
Sensitive personal information
Your profile, activity and content may reveal sensitive information about your sexual orientation, relationships, sexual interests or sex life.
Where required by applicable law, XLibertia will request your explicit consent before processing sensitive information that you voluntarily provide.
You may withdraw that consent by deleting the relevant information or contacting XLibertia. Withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before consent was withdrawn.
Certain information may still be processed or retained where reasonably necessary to:
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
- investigate illegal or non-consensual content;
- protect a person’s safety;
- comply with legal obligations; or
- enforce platform rules.
How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- create, administer and secure accounts;
- confirm eligibility to use an adults-only platform;
- provide profiles, albums, messaging and community features;
- display information according to selected visibility settings;
- recommend relevant members, profiles or content;

Depending on the information, purpose and applicable law, XLibertia may rely on the following legal bases.
Performance of a contract
Processing necessary to create your account and provide the services you request, including profiles, albums, interactions, messaging and account administration.
Consent
Processing based on your choice, including sensitive profile information, optional communications and optional analytics technologies where consent is required.
You may withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate interests
Processing reasonably necessary to:
- secure the platform;
- prevent fraud and abuse;
- moderate the community;
- understand and improve service performance;
- protect members and XLibertia; and
- manage disputes and enforce platform rules.
These interests are considered against your rights and reasonable expectations.
Legal obligations and vital interests
Information may be processed where necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests or protect someone from a serious and immediate threat.
Information visible to other members
Your username and selected profile information may be visible to other members.
The audience for photos and videos depends on the visibility level selected for the album, such as:
- visible to eligible members;
- limited to friends or qualifying members;
- restricted by album rules; or
- shared with specifically authorised members.
Comments, reactions and other interactions may be visible to the content owner and to members who can view the associated content.
You are responsible for reviewing visibility settings before publishing.
XLibertia cannot guarantee that another person will never capture or redistribute information they are authorised to view.
Moderation and automated analysis
XLibertia may analyse text, images and videos using automated safety, security and moderation systems.
These systems may examine content for indicators such as:
- possible illegal or prohibited content;
- violence, hate, exploitation or abuse;
- possible involvement of minors;
- non-consensual intimate content;
- scams, harmful links or prohibited contact details;
- text embedded in images; and
- other possible violations of platform policies.
Automated systems may approve content, flag it for review, restrict its visibility or place it into quarantine.
Authorised moderators may review flagged content, related account information and relevant reports.
Automated results may be inaccurate. Where appropriate, significant moderation decisions may be reviewed by a human and challenged through the available appeal process.
How information may be shared
Other members
Information may be shared according to your profile, interaction and album visibility settings.
Service providers
We may use providers that help operate XLibertia, including services for:
- cloud hosting, databases and file storage;
- email delivery and service communications;
- maps and location search;
- security, monitoring and telemetry;
- content processing and moderation; and
- technical support.
These providers may process information only for the services they provide and subject to applicable contractual obligations.
Authorised personnel
Access may be provided where reasonably necessary for platform operation, support, safety, moderation, security or legal compliance.
Authorities and legal recipients
Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, protect someone’s safety, investigate illegal activity or defend legal rights.
Business changes
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy safeguards.
XLibertia does not sell personal information for money.
International data transfers
XLibertia may process and store personal information in countries other than the country where you live, including the United States.
Privacy and data protection laws may differ between countries.
Where required, XLibertia will use recognised safeguards for international transfers, such as:
- an applicable adequacy decision;
- approved standard contractual clauses;
- contractual and technical safeguards; or
- another lawful transfer mechanism.
Data retention and deletion
XLibertia retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
Deleted media and messages are removed from active access immediately and are normally retained in recoverable storage for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
Residual copies may remain in protected backup systems for up to 90 days. Backup copies are not used for normal platform operations and are deleted through the applicable backup expiration cycle.
Reports, appeals and moderation records may be retained for up to 24 months after a case is closed to investigate abuse, manage appeals, identify repeated violations and defend legal rights.
Application diagnostics and usage telemetry are normally retained for up to 90 days. Security, authentication and administrative audit logs may be retained for up to 12 months.
Information may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, investigate a serious safety incident, protect a person or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Access to information retained for an exceptional purpose is restricted, and the information is deleted when that purpose ends.
Security
XLibertia uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information, such as:
- access controls and restricted administrative permissions;
- encrypted communications;
- protected cloud storage;
- authentication and session security;
- logging and monitoring;
- backups;
- content safety controls; and
- procedures for investigating security incidents.
No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your password and notifying XLibertia if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access personal information held about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete certain information;
- restrict certain processing;
- object to certain processing;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent;
- appeal certain decisions; and
- complain to a competent data protection authority.
These rights are not absolute and may be limited where information must be retained for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, legal claims or the rights of other people.
XLibertia may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.

XLibertia does not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the platform.
If XLibertia becomes aware that information relating to a minor has been submitted, the account or content may be restricted, preserved for safety or legal purposes where necessary, and deleted or reported as appropriate.
Changes to this Policy
XLibertia may update this Privacy Policy when the platform, its providers, processing activities or applicable laws change.
The effective date and version number will be updated when changes are made.
Material changes may be communicated through the platform, by email or by another appropriate method.
