Meet. Show.

Before uploading content

You may only upload photos or videos when every person shown:

  • is at least 18 years old;
  • knowingly agreed to be photographed or recorded;
  • agreed that the content could be uploaded to XLibertia;
  • understood the type of audience that could view it; and
  • agreed to the visibility level selected for the album.

You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary consent and rights before publishing content.

Where appropriate, keep reliable evidence that consent was given.

Do not upload content when you are uncertain about a person’s age, identity, understanding or consent.

Content that is never acceptable

XLibertia does not allow:

  • content involving or appearing to involve a minor;
  • secretly recorded intimate content;
  • intimate content published without permission;
  • stolen or unlawfully obtained content;
  • threats to publish intimate content;
  • sexual blackmail or sextortion;
  • content depicting real sexual coercion or abuse;
  • content involving an unconscious or incapable person;
  • deceptive intimate deepfakes or manipulated content published without consent;
  • exploitation, trafficking or forced sexual activity; or
  • requests for any of the above.

Never upload content simply because it was already available somewhere else. Existing publication does not prove that the people shown consented to its publication on XLibertia.

Protecting your content

XLibertia may provide public, private and restricted visibility settings.

Before publishing, consider:

  • whether your face or identifying features are visible;
  • whether the background reveals your home, workplace or location;
  • whether tattoos, documents or personal belongings identify you;
  • whether another person could recognise your voice;
  • who can access the selected album; and
  • whether you are comfortable with the selected audience seeing the content.

Visibility controls reduce exposure, but they cannot guarantee that another person will never capture, copy or redistribute what they can view.

Never share another member’s content outside its intended audience without explicit permission.

Messages and interactions

Respect applies to comments, messages, album requests and private conversations.

You must stop or change your behaviour when another member communicates a boundary.

Do not:

  • repeatedly contact someone who has declined or stopped responding;
  • pressure someone to send intimate content;
  • demand access to private albums;
  • use content or personal information to threaten someone;
  • send unwanted explicit content;
  • attempt to bypass a block or account restriction; or
  • treat a previous interaction as permanent consent.

Flirting, sexual conversation and explicit content are acceptable only when everyone involved is comfortable with the interaction.

Meeting another member

XLibertia helps adults connect, but it cannot guarantee another member’s identity, intentions or behaviour.

Before meeting someone:

  • take time to communicate and establish boundaries;
  • avoid sharing unnecessary personal information too early;
  • consider a voice or video conversation first;
  • choose a public place for an initial meeting;
  • tell a trusted person where you are going;
  • arrange your own transport;
  • keep control of your phone and personal belongings;
  • avoid becoming too impaired to make clear decisions; and
  • leave immediately if the situation feels unsafe.

Consent must continue throughout an in-person encounter. Anyone may stop or change their mind at any time.

A profile, message, invitation or previous meeting is never a promise of sexual activity.

Age protection

XLibertia is strictly for adults aged 18 or over.

Members must never:

  • create an account while under 18;
  • allow a minor to access their account;
  • upload content depicting a minor;
  • request content from a minor; or
  • describe a minor in a sexual context.

Where required for safety or legal compliance, XLibertia may request age or identity verification.

If you are uncertain whether someone is an adult, do not interact sexually with them and do not upload their content.

When something goes wrong

Use XLibertia’s reporting tools when you encounter:

  • non-consensual intimate content;
  • content involving a possible minor;
  • threats, harassment or blackmail;
  • impersonation;
  • stolen content;
  • suspicious or fraudulent behaviour; or
  • an immediate risk to someone’s safety.

Do not redistribute the content in order to report it. Provide the location of the content and relevant information through the reporting process.

Requests involving minors, non-consensual intimate content or immediate safety risks may receive priority review.
