Community Charter

The standards that help keep XLibertia authentic, respectful and free from unwanted promotion.

Effective July 17, 2026 Version 1.0
Our shared standard

Be authentic. Respect consent. Keep public spaces free from promotion.

XLibertia welcomes openness, creativity and anonymity, provided that members remain honest, respect boundaries and follow the rules below.

Be respectful

Treat other members with respect in profiles, comments, reactions, private messages and real-life interactions.

You must not:

  • harass, threaten or intimidate another person;
  • pressure someone to reply, meet or share intimate content;
  • repeatedly contact someone who has declined or stopped responding;
  • shame another member because of their body, gender, orientation, preferences or lifestyle;
  • use personal information or intimate content to manipulate or threaten someone;
  • bypass a block or another member’s privacy choice; or
  • encourage other people to target or harass a member.

Flirting and explicit conversation are welcome only when everyone involved is comfortable with the interaction.

Be honest about who you are

Profiles must not be intentionally misleading.

You must not:

  • impersonate another person;
  • use another person’s photos as your own;
  • create a fake identity intended to deceive members;
  • misrepresent your age or eligibility to use XLibertia;
  • create a profile consisting only of misleading AI-generated images; or
  • pretend that synthetic content is an authentic photograph.

Pseudonyms and anonymous profiles are allowed. Protecting your identity is different from deceiving other members.

Adults only

XLibertia is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 or over.

Content involving or appearing to involve a minor is prohibited.

When you are uncertain about a person’s age, do not upload the content and do not engage in sexual communication with that person.

Content ownership

Only publish:

  • content you created;
  • content in which you appear and which you are authorised to share; or
  • content for which you hold the necessary rights and permissions.

Content copied or downloaded from another website is prohibited unless you created it or hold the necessary rights to publish it.

The fact that content is already available online does not prove that it may be republished on XLibertia.

You may be asked to provide evidence of ownership or permission.

AI-generated content

AI-generated images are allowed when they are clearly identified.

Ordinary photographic editing does not make a real photograph AI-generated.

You must not:

  • present an AI-generated image as a real photograph;
  • use AI-generated images to create a deceptive profile;
  • create or publish an intimate deepfake of a real identifiable person;
  • create AI-generated intimate content depicting a celebrity or public figure;
  • use another person’s face, identity or likeness without permission; or
  • use AI-generated content to mislead, harass or impersonate someone.

AI-generated content remains subject to all other XLibertia rules.

Edited photos and videos

Normal editing is allowed, including:

  • colour and lighting corrections;
  • cropping and filters;
  • skin retouching;
  • removal of temporary blemishes;
  • background adjustments; and
  • other ordinary photographic improvements.

Editing must not be used to:

  • falsely represent another person;
  • create non-consensual intimate content;
  • disguise prohibited content;
  • make an adult appear to be a minor; or
  • deceive members about the identity of the person shown.

Significant synthetic or AI-generated alterations must use the appropriate AI-generated label.

Blurring and anonymity

Blurred and partially obscured content is allowed.

Members may blur or hide:

  • faces;
  • tattoos;
  • licence plates;
  • documents;
  • identifying objects;
  • locations; or
  • backgrounds.

Members are encouraged to protect identifying information when anonymity is important to them.

Both blurred and unblurred content are permitted. The choice belongs to the member, subject to the consent of every person shown.

Watermarks, signatures and logos

Small and discreet ownership marks are allowed.

Permitted examples include:

  • a personal pseudonym;
  • a photographer’s signature;
  • a copyright notice; or
  • a discreet personal logo.

Watermarks must not contain promotional or contact information.

The following are prohibited when added for promotional purposes:

  • commercial platform logos;
  • social network logos or handles;
  • URLs or domain names;
  • email addresses;
  • telephone numbers;
  • QR codes; and
  • instructions to contact or follow someone outside XLibertia.

Incidental brand logos visible on clothing, objects or in the background are not prohibited when they are not deliberately used as advertising.

The dedicated Premium profile link does not allow promotional information to be embedded inside photos or videos.

Text inside photos and videos

Limited text is allowed when it relates directly to the content.

Permitted examples include:

  • a first name or pseudonym;
  • a date;
  • a short dedication;
  • a personal signature; or
  • a discreet copyright mark.

The following are prohibited:

  • URLs and domain names;
  • QR codes;
  • email addresses and telephone numbers;
  • social media or messaging application usernames;
  • external subscription platform usernames; and
  • instructions for contacting someone outside XLibertia.

Obfuscated versions are also prohibited, including formats such as “example dot com”, “name at provider”, “Telegram: username” or “IG: username”.

Premium members must use the dedicated external link field on their profile instead of placing external contact or promotional information inside content.

Public descriptions and comments

External links and contact details are not permitted in:

  • profile biographies;
  • album titles or descriptions;
  • photo or video captions;
  • comments and replies;
  • dedications; or
  • other free-text public fields.

This includes:

  • clickable links and plain-text URLs;
  • domain names;
  • QR codes;
  • email addresses and telephone numbers;
  • social media and messaging application handles; and
  • disguised or deliberately separated contact details.

These restrictions apply to both Free and Premium members.

Premium members may use the dedicated external link field on their profile. The link must not be repeated in biographies, comments, descriptions or content.

Links and contact details in private messages

External links and off-platform contact details are restricted in private messages to reduce spam, fraud and unwanted promotion.

Free members

Free members may not send:

  • external links or domain names;
  • email addresses or telephone numbers;
  • social media usernames; or
  • messaging application usernames.

Premium members

Premium members may share lawful external links or contact details in private conversations when the recipient is comfortable receiving them.

Premium access does not permit:

  • unsolicited advertising;
  • repeated promotional messages or mass messaging;
  • scams, deceptive links, malware or harmful websites;
  • pressure to join another platform;
  • attempts to bypass a block;
  • links to illegal or prohibited content; or
  • continued contact after the recipient has declined.

QR codes are prohibited in private messages for both Free and Premium members.

XLibertia may block particular links, domains or contact formats where necessary for safety, moderation or spam prevention.

QR codes

QR codes are prohibited everywhere on XLibertia. This rule applies to every member, every feature and every type of content.

This includes:

  • profile photos and album covers;
  • photos and videos;
  • biographies, titles, descriptions and captions;
  • comments, replies and dedications;
  • private messages;
  • the Premium profile link;
  • uploaded documents or attachments; and
  • any other member-created content.

Members must not use QR codes to:

  • share contact details;
  • redirect users to another website or application;
  • promote an external service;
  • bypass link restrictions;
  • conceal a prohibited destination; or
  • evade moderation controls.

A QR code remains prohibited even when it is blurred, partially hidden, stylised, animated or embedded in another image.

The dedicated Premium profile field accepts a normal URL only and must not contain or redirect to a QR code.

Commercial promotion and solicitation

XLibertia is a community, not an advertising board.

Premium members may promote one legitimate external page through the dedicated profile link provided by XLibertia.

Outside that dedicated field, members must not use public areas to:

  • promote paid content;
  • recruit customers;
  • advertise external websites;
  • redirect members to subscription platforms;
  • repeatedly promote events or services;
  • request payments;
  • publish referral links;
  • distribute promotional codes; or
  • repeat the destination of their Premium link in comments, descriptions or media.

Having a Premium profile link does not permit promotional spam.

Members may discuss an external page in a consensual private conversation where the private-message rules are respected.

Comments and reactions

Comments and reactions should contribute positively to the community.

Do not post:

  • insulting or humiliating remarks;
  • unwanted explicit demands;
  • repetitive comments;
  • promotional messages;
  • external links or contact details;
  • instructions to visit a Premium profile link;
  • misleading claims;
  • threats or pressure; or
  • comments intended to provoke or target another member.

A member may disable comments or limit interaction with their content. These choices must be respected.

Fraud, spam and unsafe links

You must not:

  • send bulk or repetitive messages;
  • operate automated accounts without authorisation;
  • request money through deception;
  • impersonate XLibertia staff;
  • collect passwords or account information;
  • distribute malware or tracking links;
  • direct members to fraudulent websites; or
  • manipulate members into leaving the platform.

Never provide your XLibertia password or authentication information to another member.

Reporting concerns

Use the available reporting tools when you encounter content or behaviour that may violate this Charter.

Reports, removal requests and appeals may also be sent to:

abuse@xlibertia.com

Do not redistribute intimate content in order to report it.

Reports must be submitted honestly and in good faith.

Shared responsibility

Every member helps shape the XLibertia community.

Before publishing or interacting, ask yourself:

  • Is everyone shown an adult?
  • Has everyone agreed to this content being shared?
  • Am I being honest about whether the content is real or AI-generated?
  • Do I own the content or have permission to publish it?
  • Am I using the dedicated Premium field for any permitted external link?
  • Does the content contain prohibited contact or promotional information?
  • Does the content contain a QR code, even partially or indirectly?
  • Am I respecting the other person’s boundaries?
When the answer is uncertain, stop and check before acting.
